Step 1: Review Purchase Agreement
Please thoroughly read the purchase agreement and let us know if you have any questions.
You must be 18 years of age to sign the application and purchase a kitten.
Step 2: Complete Application
Our Exotic Shorthair kittens deserve to be in loving and happy homes. If you would like to adopt a Flatcat exotic shorthair kitten into your home, please fill out our kitten application by clicking on the link below. Serious inquiries only by adults over the age of 18.
Step 3: Live Phone Interview
We love talking to future Flatcat owners. A short video call will allow for us to answer all your questions and meet our available kittens. Please contact us at the following:

Step 4: Pay Deposit to Reserve
After approval of your kitten application, you will need to pay a $500 non-refundable deposit to reserve your kitten. (Kitten is NOT reserved until deposit has been received)

We only accept deposits on available kittens.

Deposits are non-refundable.

One deposit holds one specifc kitten.

Deposit cannot be transferred.

We reserve the right to cancel any sale at any time, in this case, all monies will be refunded.

Step 5: Final Payment
Final payment, less deposit paid, must be paid on or before the kitten’s delivery date.

Step 6: Delivery
We will drive up to 30 minutes at no additional cost. Additional driving time is available for a charge.
